The installation is very simple: clean the roof area with isopropyl alcohol, then remove the original antenna by unscrewing it. Seal the old hole with black silicone to ensure that water cannot leak through the remaining open hole. Screw the correct threaded adapter into the roof, then connect the new antenna cable to the radio and mechanically secure the antenna with the supplied nut. Check that the base adheres well to the roof; you can remove the protective film from the adhesive and press firmly to stick it. Test the radio to check the reception.
