How to remove the centre tunnel of a Fiat Cinquecento? Start by removing the securing pins of the trim located at the bottom of the gear knob using an Allen key, then take off the leather gaiter of the gear lever. After removing the gaiter, unscrew the securing screws located at the front and rear of the centre tunnel with a screwdriver. Once this is done, pull the tunnel away and disconnect any power cables. Finally, insert the new piece into the centre tunnel space and reassemble all the components of the glove compartment as they were removed earlier.
