Replacing Front Brake Pads on a Fiat Punto

Are the front brake pads worn? Here’s how to change them from inside the caliper. Raise the car to a comfortable working height. Unscrew the pins using a socket wrench or air drill and remove the wheel. Next, start unscrewing the caliper pins to detach it from the bracket. Use a screwdriver to remove the brake pads. Install the new brake pads with all the associated pins, tighten the caliper bracket to the disc, then refit the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before fitting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper if necessary. Refit the wheel and the pins.
