Raise the car on suitable car stands and remove the front wheels. Subsequently unhook the brake pad support spring from the caliper by levering with a screwdriver, remove the protection caps of the caliper fixing pins and unscrew them, lever between the disc and caliper to retract the piston and facilitate the extraction of the caliper itself which it will be cleaned of any residues present. Then re-enter the piston using an old pad and the parrot wrench. Therefore, replace the brake disc, insert the new pads, reposition the caliper by tightening the relative fixing pins and re-hooking the spring.

How to set the clock on the Yamaha Xmax 300
