Remove the gear knob on the Fiat Punto? Let's go through the removal process. Use a screwdriver to remove the plastic cover on the knob, then unscrew the gear knob using a socket or spanner. Remove the leather gaiter from the edge of the centre console using a plastic lever. For reassembly: take the gaiter and fit it onto the rod on the centre console. Install the new knob and tighten it with the spanner. Attach the plastic cover back onto the gear knob. If the knob is without a cover: grip it and pull it forcefully from the rod (remove the leather gaiter afterwards).

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
