How to replace the coolant on a Fiat Punto

Model: Fiat Punto 199, MK 3, Punto EVO, Grandepunto - Years 2005-2018

Before we can start, we will have to go and open the front hood of our Fiat Punto. I highly recommend doing this with a cold engine. So let's start by unscrewing and removing the cap of the expansion tank which contains the coolant inside. Once this is done, we will have to go and unscrew and remove the plastic bleed bolt with a thirteen millimeter wrench. At this point, we will have to proceed by placing a container under the tap located in the lower part of the radiator, and then unscrew the tap itself. By doing so, all the coolant will drain out. Once all the coolant has run out, we will need to turn off the tap. Subsequently we will have to top up through the expansion tank, and finally close the bleed screw, and we will have finished replacing the coolant.
