How to Replace the Radiator Expansion Tank in a Fiat Punto

In this video tutorial, see how to replace the radiator expansion tank in a Fiat Punto by following some simple steps: first, purchase a new expansion tank for the coolant from an authorised car parts dealer, along with Paraflu coolant for the radiator. Lift the bonnet and secure it with the prop rod. There are two hoses connected to the tank, one at the bottom and the other at the top, and the tank is held in place by two 10 mm nuts. Use a crosshead screwdriver to loosen the clip holding the upper hose and then disconnect the hose, being careful of any escaping fluid. Unscrew the two 10 mm nuts with a socket wrench. Loosen the clip on the lower hose and lift the tank, disconnecting it from the lower hose (place a container to catch any escaping fluid). Install the new tank in place and connect the two hoses (upper and lower), tightening their respective clips; screw in the two 10 mm nuts; fill the tank with Paraflu coolant (up to a mark just below the upper line).
