Before you start, lower the two rear seat backs of your Fiat Punto. Begin by removing the carpet in the boot. Next, remove the lower bench of the rear seats, then take off the cover underneath. Proceed by unscrewing and removing the Torx screws that secure the hinges of the seat backs. Once you have completed this step, unclip and remove the two sections of the rear seat backs from your Fiat Punto, and you will have successfully completed the disassembly.
