How to Remove the Thermostat from Stilo 1.9

Model: Fiat Stilo MK 1 - Years 2001-2010

Is the thermostat on your Stilo malfunctioning? Lift the front cover bonnet and uncover the engine from its soundproofing panel. Locate the thermostat securing screws. Remove the battery and its container if space is tight. Unscrew the bolts on either side of the thermostat (use a socket spanner with the appropriate sockets), pull off the sealing cap, and extract the coolant thermostat from its housing. Once the part is removed, replace it with a new one, close the compartment with the cap, and securely tighten the bolts with all their parts. Refit the battery and all covering pieces.
