How to Replace the Auxiliary Belt on a Fiat Punto

Before starting, exit the cabin of your Fiat Punto and lift the front end using a ramp or jack. Begin by loosening the tensioner that holds the auxiliary belt in tension. Next, move the auxiliary belt from its housing. This will free the V-belt. At this point, remove it, and you will have completed the disassembly. To fit the new belt, repeat this procedure in reverse, and you will have finished replacing the auxiliary belt on your Fiat Punto.
