To replace the cables that allow the seat to tilt in the Fiat Grande Punto, first loosen the bolts securing the seat and remove it from the cabin for easier access. Next, remove the plastic cover on the side of the cushion that also wraps around the knob that tilts the seat.

This will allow you to detach the cable from the bottom and then pull it out from the top after removing the lever near the headrest. After replacement, you can insert new replacement parts.
