How to Repair the Wiper Arm
Model: Fiat Punto
MK 2, 188
- Years 1999-2011
Wipers are essential for drivers as they ensure excellent visibility in all weather conditions, but they must be fully intact and functional to do so. The first point to check on the arm is the spring; if it feels weak or worn, purchase a new one and replace it. Next, inspect the attachment point on the spindle that protrudes from the bonnet. If the arm has some play, tightening the screw or nut that controls it may suffice. The arm can be clipped onto the head of the spindle or secured with a screw or nut, which should be covered with a protective cap.

How to Remove the Front Brake Pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser
To remove the front brake pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser, position the car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height. Unscrew the pins using a socket wrench or air drill and remove the wheel. Then, use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Next, remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the pins on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver). Pull the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all associated pins, secure the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the pin. by ScegliAuto More videos
