Operation: How do you replace the gear knob on the Fiat 500?

In order to replace the gear knob of the Fiat 500, you have to remove the upper part of the gear knob with an object that acts as a lever. In this way it will be possible to loosen the screw underneath, and subsequently also those that fix the plastic panel to the base of the gear lever. In this way the entire knob with the gearshift gaiter and the plastic panel at the base can be removed, so that they are replaced with new spare parts. When the new knob has been installed, it will be possible to fix it again with the screw in the upper part.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes.
