Operation: How to replace the diesel filter on the Fiat Punto Evo

To replace the diesel filter on the Fiat Punto Evo, we start by opening the bonnet, spraying it with a spray cleaner and then removing it with compressed air; take special pliers and release the two tabs of the two diesel pipes; with a size 10 socket wrench, unscrew the bolt that holds the diesel filter, extract it and disconnect the connector. Once the filter is disconnected, unscrew the cap where the connector is, letting the diesel drain into a container, remove the old sealing ring from the cap; we put the new sealing ring in the old cap and screw it to the new filter; now we reconnect the connector to the filter and hook it to the support by screwing the bolt with a 10 socket wrench; now reconnect the pipes to the new filter and the operation is complete.
