To remove the headrest from a Fiat Punto, use a screwdriver to lever it at the bottom, allowing the foam padding to be removed from the top of the brackets. The padding must also be freed from the side levers that adjust the headrest. Once the padding is removed, you can unscrew the screws that secure the headrest's supporting structure to the brackets. This will allow you to remove the entire assembly and install the new headrest, securing it properly.
