If there is an issue with the stop light bulb or any other anomaly related to the rear lighting, you will need to disassemble the light unit. This video guide shows the method to proceed, valid not only for the Fiat Idea but also for other vehicles from the Fiat group, such as the Fiat Panda. Open the rear hatch, remove the three hex bolts with a 10mm head, and using a plastic wedge, lever at multiple points of the light unit to release the plastic clips inside. Now, simply disconnect the power connector and pull out the burnt bulb to replace it.
