There are kits available online that include an adjustable interior mirror for the earlier versions of the vehicle that lacked this feature. The kit consists of the external mirror, a mounting plate, and an internal adjustment lever. To install, use a crosshead screwdriver to remove the screws securing the plate that holds the mirror (from the inside). Then take the new kit and position it in place of the old mirror, securing it with the screws again. At this point, moving the lever located inside the cabin will allow you to adjust the external mirror.
