Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Fiat Punto 188, MK 2 - Years 1999-2011

Open the front bonnet and ensure the support rod is correctly positioned: you can immediately see the plastic housing of the air filter. Using a medium-sized cross-head screwdriver, unscrew the 10 fixing screws of the filter housing cover and remove it. At this point, extract the old air filter and replace it with the new one: the correct seating position is mandatory (the shape of the filter edge is actually imprinted on the base of the filter housing). Refit the cover and secure it by tightening the 10 fixing screws.
