In order to replace the courtesy lights of the Fiat Panda, you need to pry with an object so that you can detach the light fixture from the right side, where the corresponding hook is located: once the light fixture is detached, you can disconnect the connector underneath so that you can then proceed by opening the light fixture. To do this, you will need to unscrew the screws that hold its internal covering, so that the bulb inside can be removed. After removal, you can insert the new replacement piece to verify that everything is working.
