Detailed instructions - If the air fan on your Ford Fiesta MK6 only works at maximum speed and not at intermediate speeds, the problem is almost certainly a burnt fan motor resistor. This is located on the passenger side, in the side panel of the centre tunnel, near the passenger's right foot. Remove the side panel by unscrewing the plastic screw that secures it to the centre tunnel. From here, access the resistor, which is mounted on the side of the fan housing, secured by two Torx screws. Disconnect the connector, replace the part, which can be found on auto-doc.it with EAN code 8718042302687 for £12.49, plus £9.95 for delivery. Reassemble, reconnect the connector, secure the screws, and remount the side panel with its fixing screw.
