In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the front seats from a Ford Focus. The procedure for removing the front seat is quite similar across different cars as you will essentially need to unscrew the bolts and, if present, disconnect the seat connectors.

In this particular case, we will focus on a Focus. First, unscrew the bolts underneath the seat using a spanner or Torx screwdriver from both sides of the seat.

At this point, you can proceed to extract the seat, checking if there are any electrical connectors in your car; if so, disconnect them gently and remove the seat!
