How to Remove the Door Pillars in a Ford Flex?

In the video, you can see how to easily remove the door pillars in a 2014 Ford Flex. To perform this operation, you need to partially remove (not completely, but at least pull away a bit at the top) the door panel, then unscrew the screws and bolts that hold it in place. Pull the panel away and disconnect the various connectors behind it. The interior door handle also needs to be removed, as well as the window seal and any additional chrome trim installed above. From inside the door, disconnect the electrical connector of the pillar, which is now free and can be removed from the vehicle.
