In the Ford Edge, the boot may become stuck, possibly due to a fault with the button or the lock actuator. In this case, you can perform an emergency opening of the boot by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, open one of the rear doors, then fully lower the backrest of the seat and position yourself inside the boot area. Next, locate the small indicated cap in the central lower area of the boot and open it. At this point, grasp the internal lever and pull it upwards to unlock the lock.
