In the Ford Edge, the boot lid may become stuck, possibly due to a problem with the release button or the lock actuator. In such cases, you can still perform an emergency opening by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial.

First, open the rear doors, then lower the seat back by unlocking the respective levers. Next, go inside the boot, remove the small panel located in the central lower area of the panel, and insert a small flathead screwdriver into the indicated hole.

Manually unlock the lock and open the boot lid.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
