This short and simple guide will show us how to replace or repair the lock of the rear tailgate of the Ford Edge. First of all, let's move to the back and start dismantling and removing the door panel, unscrewing the screws and levering on the sides; then unscrew the fixing screws of the tailgate lock and disconnect the electrical connector of the lock, as shown in the video. At this point, we carry out the repair or directly replace the tailgate lock with the new one, applying the reverse process for reassembly!

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
