How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Ford Fiesta

On the Ford Fiesta, you can replace the timing belt by accessing the left side of the engine block: here, you will need to unscrew the nuts that secure the central pins of the crankshaft and camshaft pulleys. This will reduce the tension on the belt, allowing it to be removed from its housing. Once the old belt is extracted, you can fit the new one around the pulleys, which must then be aligned correctly. After installation, check that the engine runs smoothly.
