How to Replace the Rear Wheel Hub Bearing on a Ford Fiesta

If you hear a noise coming from the rear wheel while driving, especially in a turn, it is likely that the wheel hub bearing is damaged; to replace it, lift the vehicle, remove the rear wheel, take off the protective cap at the centre of the drum, and unscrew the corresponding fastening nut to remove it from its seat; it may happen that part of the bearing remains on the hub shaft, so carefully extract it; at this point, use pliers to remove the retaining circlip of the bearing and extract the old bearing with the help of a press; similarly, insert the new bearing, secure it with the circlip, and proceed in reverse for installation.
