In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the external rearview mirror in the Ford Transit van, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, go to the side where we will be working, then, using a small flat-tip screwdriver, remove the three caps on the outer plastic cover. Then unscrew the bolts that have just been released using an 8mm socket wrench, grab the mirror and separate it from the door. At this point, we can position the replacement part and mount it following the exact reverse procedure.
