Disconnect the petrol tube and unscrew the tank screws. To clean the tank it is advisable to put self-tapping screws and an alcoholic detergent inside it, and then shake the tank itself. Then remove any remaining rust. Disconnect the fuel tap and insert the new one by screwing it by hand without forcing. As for the carburetor, remove the top cover, unscrew the fixing screws and remove it. Change the fuel tube and clean the same if possible with the ultrasonic cleaning machine, otherwise use the traditional methods and reassemble everything.
