In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the fuel filter on a KTM 690, a very simple and quick operation. First, wait for the engine to cool completely, then remove the seat and unscrew all the fastening bolts of the central fairing, which also contains the fuel tank.

Next, disconnect the various fuel hoses, open the indicated housing by unscrewing the 4 fastening bolts, and completely extract the pump. Once you reach the filter in question, disconnect it, position the replacement, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
