In order to replace the transmission of the Sym MaxSym TL 500, you need to loosen the screws that secure the specific casing, located on the right side of the motorcycle, in the central lower area. Once the casing has been removed, you will be able to identify the underlying components: the clutch and the variator can be removed from their seat so that the transmission belt around them can also be removed.

At this point, you can insert the new components so that they are secured, covering everything with the casing and checking their operation.
