To disassemble the GasGas JTX 270 engine, you need to loosen the screws that hold it to its housing, so that it can be completely freed from the frame: you also need to loosen the screws that hold the manifolds and remove the connectors of the appropriate sensors. Once the engine has been freed, you can loosen the cylinder fixing screws to remove it and detach the piston underneath from its connecting rod: at this point you can access the crankshaft and all the internal components that may need to be replaced.
