The GasGas EC 300 engine can be disassembled by extracting it from its housing after all the fixing bolts of the supports have been unscrewed. Then it will be necessary to disconnect all the connectors in order to completely remove the block: before disassembling it, it will be necessary to detach the piston from its connecting rod by widening the fixing ring.

At this point, it will be possible to loosen the additional screws that fix the two half-casings, so that they are separated giving access to its internal parts.
