The engine oil of the GasGas SM 700 can be replaced by loosening the screws that fix the engine guard plate located in the central lower part of the vehicle: once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to loosen the corresponding drain plug to completely drain the oil. Then it will be possible to remove the oil filter located in its housing and insert the new one, always in the same position; at this point it will be possible to proceed by topping up, pouring the necessary amount of oil from the vent on the left side of the vehicle, and then closing the cap.
