How to Install the Clutch Discs on Gasgas EC 300

Model: Gasgas Ec 300
Part: Clutch

Video tutorial

In this video, you will see the steps needed to install new clutch discs on a Gasgas EC 300 motorcycle. First, obtain the new clutch discs of the correct type and compatible with your bike; then soak them in oil for a couple of hours, or install them while being careful not to apply sudden pressure to the clutch (during the initial phase).

Insert the clutch discs into the bell, alternating cork and metal discs, until you insert the last disc and the springs; now you can tighten with the screws and install the cover, then pour in the engine oil!

How to Replace the Headlight Bulb of a Triumph Speed Twin?

To replace the headlight bulb of the Triumph Speed Twin, you need to loosen the screws that secure the headlight unit in place: these screws will be located at the bottom right and bottom left of the headlight unit. Once these are loosened, you can proceed to pull the headlight from its housing and disconnect the connectors inside: the corresponding bulb can now be extracted from inside the headlight unit, allowing you to insert the new one, remounting all the parts you just removed.
