To replace the piston on the Gas Gas EC 300, you need to remove the seat and part of the fairing to access the mechanical parts. First, remove the starter and the power valve. Next, you will need to remove the bolts securing the cylinder, and once it has been pulled out, the piston will be visible. By removing the circlip, the piston can be detached from the conrod, allowing you to fit the new part. Once done, you can reassemble all the previously removed parts by reversing the steps.
