To replace the piston on a GasGas EC 300, remove the seat and part of the bodywork to access the mechanical parts. First, remove the starter and the power valve. Next, loosen the bolts securing the cylinder, and once removed, the piston will be visible. By removing its circlip, the piston can be taken off the conrod and replaced with a new one. Once done, reassemble all previously removed parts, ensuring the engine is operational.
