To replace the cylinder and piston on the Gasgas EC 300, first loosen the bolts securing the seat and remove the seat itself. Next, to gain easier access to the parts, loosen the screws securing the exhaust pipe: once removed, you will have clear access to the cylinder. To remove the cylinder, loosen the bolts securing it, most of which can be removed with an Allen key. Once the cylinder is extracted, detach the piston from the conrod and finally replace both parts.
