Model: Gasgas Ec 250
To replace the exhaust valve on the GasGas EC 250, completely disassemble the motorcycle engine, removing it from its housing along with the exhaust pipe. The exhaust valve attached to the engine can then be disconnected by loosening all the bolts that secure it to its housing: at this point, you can completely detach the valve to insert the new replacement part. The valve should now be positioned and secured back to the engine block, then reassemble everything onto the motorcycle frame.

How to Dismantle the Engine of the KTM EXC 300
To dismantle the engine of the KTM EXC 300, remove the engine block from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it to the supports. Once the engine block is extracted, unscrew the bolts that secure the cylinder at its top, then proceed to remove the side casings.
