To clean the exhaust valve on a Gasgas EC 250, remove the valve cover with the engine cold, located on the left side. Next, extract the exhaust by removing the bolts shown in the video and also take off the valve cover on the left side of the bike. At this point, remove the bolts following the order indicated in the tutorial to loosen the valve. The valve can then be extracted and cleaned: it is also recommended to lubricate it with oil. Finally, reassemble the components in reverse order.

How to Replace the Clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple?

To replace the clutch on a Triumph Speed Triple, loosen the bolts securing the covers of the three casings located on the right side of the bike, namely the starter motor, the engine, and then the clutch.
