How do you disassemble the engine of the GasGas EC 300?

In order to disassemble the GasGas EC 300 engine, it is necessary to extract the engine block from its housing, after unscrewing the bolts that secure the supports. Therefore, it will be necessary to disconnect all the connectors in order to completely remove the block: before disassembling it, it will be necessary to detach the piston from the corresponding connecting rod, removing the retaining ring. At this point, it will be possible to loosen the additional screws that secure the two half casings, so that they can be separated to access further internal parts.

First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we go to raise the rear wheel from the ground; then we unscrew the central pin of the wheel, disconnecting the chain from the crown, as shown in the video.
