You can disassemble the engine of the GasGas EC 300 by loosening the bolts that secure the block to its housing in the central lower part of the frame: once the mounting bolts of the supports are removed, you can unscrew those securing the collectors and disconnect the sensors. At this point, proceed to unscrew the bolts securing the cylinder to detach it and access the piston inside: this can be detached from the connecting rod to access the crankshaft and all necessary components.
