How to Install a Dash Cam on a Geely Boyue

Installing a dash cam on a Geely Boyue is very simple, as these new design vehicles, especially Asian ones, already have provisions for this accessory. Use a plastic trim tool to gently remove the panel attached to the front windshield without damaging any components, and detach the front clip of the passenger side sun visor. Slightly pull back the headliner to access the wiring where you can attach your clamp. Insert the dash cam into the windshield panel and connect the two clamps together. Tuck the wires back into their housings, reposition the panel against the glass, and reattach the sun visor. The job is done.
