In this video tutorial, we will see how to disassemble and replace the transmission belt of the Gilera GP 800 scooter, in simple steps. First of all, we put the scooter on the center stand and start disassembling and removing the transmission cover, unscrewing all the fixing screws; then we proceed to disassemble the fan and the clutch bell, unscrewing the central nut, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the transmission belt and replace it with the new one, making sure it is perfectly inserted; we reassemble all the other transmission components.
