In order to disassemble the engine of the Gilera Nexus 500, you have to completely remove it from its housing, unscrewing the screws that fix it to the appropriate supports and disconnecting all the pipes and connectors: in this way it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder again and removing it together with the underlying piston. This must be detached from its connecting rod so that it is then possible to access the crankshaft and all the components below: by replacing them it will be possible to reassemble the engine to verify that everything is functioning.

How to Remove the Rear Wheel on the BMW G650 GS?
