In order to disassemble the engine of the Gilera SP-02, you need to loosen the screws that fix the engine block to its housing located in the center of the frame: you can then proceed by disconnecting the connectors and removing the intake and exhaust pipes.

At this point, it will be possible to proceed by loosening the screws that fix the cylinder to the top of the engine, removing it completely and disconnecting the piston from the corresponding connecting rod: in this way it will also be possible to remove the connecting rod from its seat, freeing the crankshaft and all the components located in its internal part.
