You can replace the stator of the Gilera GP 800 by loosening the screws that secure the panel located on the right side of the bike, in its central area: once this panel is removed, you can disconnect the wires connected to the underlying stator. The stator can now be extracted from its housing so that the new one can be inserted: this should be connected to the wires and placed back in its housing.

Finally, close everything with the panel to ensure it functions correctly.
