How do you replace the variator on the Gilera GP 800?

To replace the variator of the Gilera GP 800, you need to loosen the bolts that fix the casing near the rear wheel on the left side. Once all the fixing bolts have been unscrewed, it will be possible to remove the casing and access the underlying components: it will be necessary to unscrew the central bolt of the variator, removing it from its housing and also moving the belt. At this point, the new replacement part can be inserted, placing the belt around it and then covering everything with the casing.

Replace the muffler silencer of the Benelli Trk 502

In today's video tutorial we will see the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble the silencer or the entire muffler of the Benelli Trk 502. First we put our bike on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the silencer bracket; we remove the spring to remove the latter from the exhaust manifold, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to install the new muffler silencer, fixing it correctly on the brackets; to replace the manifold too, just unscrew the nuts fixed on the cylinder, following the video to the end!
