In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove the fairings and the various plastics on the Gilera Nexus 500 scooter, but also on the 250 and 125. First we open the seat and start by unscrewing all the fixing screws that we find inside the compartment under the saddle, in order to remove it; after which we unscrew the screws of the footboard, removing the panels and the plastic covers, and remove the side fairings, as shown in the video. Now we also disassemble the front part of our scooter, removing the mirrors and removing the lights; we just have to follow the video tutorial to the end!

How do you replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i?

In order to replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i, you need to loosen the screws that secure the appropriate casing, located on the left side of the motorcycle near the rear wheel: here it will be possible to loosen the central nuts that secure the variator and the clutch bell. Once these two components are released, it will be possible to remove them completely from their housing in order to slide the belt out of its seat; at this point it will be possible to insert all the new components, securing them to their respective housing and verifying that everything is functioning properly.
