In this video tutorial, you will learn how to disassemble the variator along with its rollers from a Gilera Nexus 500 scooter. First, remove all the bolts from the left casing to access the variator; once the protective cover and casing are removed, take off the fan by unscrewing the central bolt.

At this point, remove the drive belt and pull out the variator to access the rollers. Simply replace them with new ones, applying the reverse procedure for reassembling all components!

How to Replace the Exhaust on the Sherco SEF-R 450?

To replace the exhaust on the Sherco SEF-R 450, loosen the screws securing the side panel of the mudguard on its right side.
